PAYMENT GUIDELINES Policy

1. Payment Options: Cash, Cheque, Demand Drafts, Money Transfer, PayPal(Credit Card).

2. Accept Full Payment in advanced for ready Articles.

3. New Orders or customised offerings 60% in advanced and rest 40% after order completion but Before Delivery.

4. Clay Model will be made and get approved from customer (if option obtained) in Human and custom sculptures. Human Sculptures maximum 60-70% Matching can be expected in single colour marble and 70-80% matching can be expected in case of coloured articles, 10-20 % deviation may possible in original clay model and final article as it’s handmade work.

5. After 3 months Avtar has no legal obligations or liabilities if customer will not positively responding since 3 months of order placement date/ clay model completion date or if he not obtaining delivery of ready order within 3 months, after final reminder order will consider as cancelled as per company policy.

6. No Advanced payment will be refunded or adjusted if order is being cancelled after final reminder.

7. Transportation,Packaging & Insurance charges will be additional from Item Cost of Article (According to Distance / Weight / Cost of Article).

8. Taxes,Duties & Destination Charges(Export) will be additional(If any).

9. All disputes are subject to jaipur jurisdiction only
